so i was doing some 2v2 yesterday we are sitting in the 1900's . we just need to do 10 games for the week because it was out of town and i didnt have the chance to do arena
in the past week. the funy thing was in the last arena we won the match but the team
instead of adding points it drop like 10 points. so i ask the team we battle if they got the
points and he said no they drop 15 points (normaly i guess), then i open a ticket because
we werent tracking our rating so i dunno if we were dropping in each win. my ticket said
''you will be serviced very soon'' 15 mins later a ''quality GM frame'' pop out without the
gm speak to me .

You're saying you won a match and both teams lost rating? I have never heard of that happening...

I know that initially under the new system, some people were dropping 1 or so points for a win when they queued against teams 500 or 600 points below them, but that issue has been fixed. I'd keep the dialogue up as long as they will talk to you about it, but I'm betting they won't have a solution for you. It shouldn't happen in the 1900s, at the very least, as there are a lot of us stuck in that area of arena rating, so you shouldn't ever be queued against a team that is 200 points above or below you...

you could try talking to a GM, but generally speaking with issues like that they will just toss you a generic "working as intended". This has always been my experience when requesting arena point fixes for a small number of games...it just isn't going to happen.

i think this can prove what happen to me the other day with the rating
not mad at losing few points but that may be a bug, still the gm doesnt seem
to have interest in this...

I guess its still an issue. If you check back to a couple of weeks into the change in arena rating scheme during season 5, there were other complaints of this happening. Sorry, but as people said over there, you're probably SOL.
