Hunter Talent Builds

ZugGaming has a great and up to date Hunter talent builds for you. Hunters are a unique class because it is based around pet control and single target damage output.

Hunter PvP Builds

In pvp, hunters can either spec for burst or cc. Season 5 was filled with survival but now all 3 specs are viable depending on specific comps.

• BM PvP 53/18/0 – Highest burst hunter pvp spec
• Survival PvP 0/14/57 – CC and utility pvp spec
• Marks PvP 7/57/7 – Marks pvp with utility and burst

Hunter PvE Builds

Hunters are great for raid because they provide a lot utility. No matter what spec you are as a hunter you will be misdirect pulling many bosses.

• Survival PvE 1/16/54 – High end raiding spec for geared hunters
• Survival PvE 3/14/54 – Raiding build for less geared hunters
• Hybrid PvE 40/31/0 – Utility raid spec for buffs

Hunter Leveling Builds

For leveling most Hunters spec beast mastery because pets are a large part of your damage. Hunters are one of the best leveling and soloing classes.

• BM Leveling 52/19/0 – Beast Mastery pet tanking leveling build, little downtime
• Survival Leveling 0/18/53 – Survival leveling build, strong for single target and instances

Paladin Talent Builds

Here at ZugGaming we have a great set of Paladin Talent Builds. Paladins are a great class to play because all specs have lots of healing and are very viable for raiding. Most Paladin talent builds also give a lot of utility making the paladins a very useful class.

Paladin PvP Talent Builds

Paladins are a very fortunate class in pvp right now. Retribution and holy spec Paladins are a high makeup of the 3v3 bracket and Holy paladins are always great in 5v5. With lots of survivability with bubble and nice burst healing, paladins will be a very good pvp class for a while.

• Holy PvP 51/20/0 – High healing output paladin pvp spec
• Hybrid PvP 32/0/39 – Healing/repentance pvp spec for aggressive play
• Ret PvP 0/20/51 – Ret spec pvp build

Paladin PvE Talent Builds

All three talent specs for Paladins are used in end game raids. All raids usually consist of at least one of every spec paladins with Holy being the most popular. Prot paladins are one of the best tanks because of the short cooldowns they have to keep themselves alive.

• Ret PvE 0/17/54 – High damage pve spec ret with raid utility
• Prot PvE 0/53/18 - Basic prot tanking spec
• Holy PvE 51/5/15 – Raid healing spec

Paladin Leveling Talent Builds

Paladins are a great class to level. With paladin changes in for Wrath of the Lich King retribution paladins have no down time while leveling. Most Paladin specs for leveling will work great since they rely on judgement damage which all specs improve.

• Ret Leveling 0/10/61 – Single target leveling spec
• Prot Leveling 7/51/13 – Aoe leveling build

Warlock Talent Builds

Warlock talent builds are unique for pvp and pve. ZugGaming has a great guide to Warlock talent builds to keep you on your way. The success of a warlock in pvp depends a lot on his pet, while in pve it depends on dot timers and cast rotations.

Warlock PvP Talent Builds

The main role of warlocks in pvp is to output damage and crowd control, similar to mages. Warlocks are mostly cloth tanks, so all pvp specs will consist of soul link spec to decrease damage taken by the warlock.

• Affliction PvP 54/17/0 – Standard affliction pvp spec
• Destro PvP 0/20/51 – Succubus spec destro talent build

Warlock PvE Talent Builds

Warlocks main purpose in raids is to dps. There are some Warlock talent builds designed to increase the raid dps, but most of them are purely the highest damage output. Warlocks can raid as either affliction or destruction spec depending on personal preference.

• Affliction PvE 56/0/15 – Raid dps affliction spec
• Demon PvE 3/53/15 – Raid buffing pve spec
• Destro PvE 3/13/55 – High damage output destro spec

Warlock Leveling Talent Builds

Warlocks are one of the best class to level with life tap and drain soul, the class requires almost no down time. Most warlocks choose to level as Demonology because of the ability of the pet to tank and output a lot of damage itself.

• Affliction Leveling 51/8/12 – Aoe leveling build, roll dots on multiple targets
• Demon Leveling 11/55/5 – Pet tanking leveling build

Warrior Talent Builds

ZugGaming has the best Warrior talent builds for you. All of Warriors talent specs are used in end game raiding and pvp. Although most warrior talent builds are pretty basic, make sure to check the spec for your weapon.

Warrior PvP Talent Builds

Unfortunately for Warriors, they are limited to specing arms for pvp. Except for season 5, arms is the most viable spec for warriors in arena. The biggest difference in warrior talent builds is the difference in weapon spec.

• Arms PvP 54/14/0 - Basic arms pvp with mace spec
• Arms PvP 57/11/0 – Arms pvp with improved hamstring

Warrior PvE Talent Builds

In pve Warriors can spec for dps or tanking. Most raid groups will consist of one prot spec warrior and one dps spec warrior. Arms dps is usually lower then fury, but has talents to improve bleed effects which is beneficial to the raids.

• Arms PvE 55/16/0 -Raid dps spec with buffs for bleed effects
• Fury PvE 18/53/0 -Highest raid dps spec
• Prot Tanking 15/3/51 -Standard raid boss prot tanking spec
• Prot Tanking 16/4/51 – High threat tanking pve spec

Warrior Leveling Talent Builds

Warriors are a great class to level because you can play all specs and learn your class. Both prot and arm talents specs are great for aoe leveling. Fury has the least down time because bloodthirst heals back most of the damage taken. All warrior leveling specs are great for instance leveling also.

• Fury Leveling 15/56/0 – Highest damage output leveling build
• Prot Leveling 15/5/51 – Basic instance tanking and aoe leveling build
• Arms Leveling 54/17/0 – Aoe leveling dps build

Priest Talent Builds

ZugGaming has all the Priest talent builds you need. Fortunately, priest utilize all their specs in end game wow so whatever your preference is you can spec it! Priest is a class where their talents are more precise for the class, so most Priest talent builds have very little differences for each bracket.

Priest PvP Talent Builds

Priest are a very strong class in pvp and can play two different specs. Disc spec priest dominate 3v3 bracket with the famous MPR comp while shadow priest are good in 2s and 5s. All priest specs are good because they have a lot of controlled burst and great healing output.

• Disc PvP 60/11/0 – Disc pvp spec with reflective shield
• Disc PvP 60/11/0 – This spec is a variation of the first, better for 3v3 and 5v5
• Shadow PvP 17/0/54 – Shadow priest pvp spec

Priest PvE Talent Builds

For raiding, most priest spec holy for healing. Priest can raid as any talent spec though, because disc provides great main tank healing. Shadow spec priests are great for raid with one of the highest output of any classes on aoe packs and still maintain high damage on single target mobs.

• Holy PvE 14/57/0 – Holy pve, strong for raid aoe healing
• Disc PvE 57/14/0 - Disc spec designed for tank healing and shields on raid

Priest Leveling Talent Builds

Most priest spec shadow for leveling. Shadow has high damage output with replenishment and talents to increase mana regen after killing mobs. Fortunately for priest who like to instance level, most talent builds also give you enough dps to solo outside of instances.

• Shadow leveling 14/0/57 – Basic shadow leveling spec
• Hybrid levling 32/28/11 - Hybrid leveling spec great for instances with dual roles

Death Knight Talent Builds

Death Knights have a lot strong talents in each spec so these are a general outline of the Death Knight talent builds, feel free to adjust certain talents to your playstyle.

Death Knight PvP Builds

Death Knights are very powerful class in arena and can play in almost any arena team. For arena, there is really two main Death Knight talent builds. A lot of variety comes from these talent builds but these are the the basic building blocks for Death Knights in arena. A lot of the variety in the different specs are from personal play style and arena team makeup, but these builds can get you started in the right direction.

• Frost PvP 14/54/3 – Crowd control DK PvP build
• Unholy PvP 0/17/54 – High damage output with controlled burst

Death Knight PvE Builds

Death Knights have two main roles they can spec for in PvE. A Death Knight tank is very strong with lots of cooldowns to rotate and Death Knights can also spec into blood and put out some nice dps. Most Raids are filled with at least one Death Knight who is tank spec and some even use Death Knights for both tanks.

• Blood Dps 51/0/20- Blood dps spec, scales well with gear
• Unholy Dps 12/0/59 – Unholy dps spec, is better before Ulduar gear
• Frost Tanking 13/51/7 – Frost raid tanking spec
• Blood Tanking 55/8/8 – Blood self healing tank spec, better for 5 man dungeons

Death Knight Leveling Builds

For leveling Death Knights really don’t have a talent build outside of blood that is good. Blood spec leveling allows for a lot of dps while being able to heal yourself leaving very little down time and letting you solo elite quests. Don’t worry about pvp, any spec Death Knight can hold his ground while leveling with a lot of cooldowns to use to keep yourself alive. If you prefer to instance level feel free to use the blood Death Knight talent build for tanking instances.
