WoW Gold Tip Video #2 – Alchemy, Professions, and Server Economy 101
One of the largest areas where I think a lot of player’s really miss the boat on gold farming revolves around professions. Most are under the false impression that only gathering professions can really make gold, but this couldn’t be further from the truth.
Not only can you make profits from your professions, it can be your MOST profitable daily activity. The one reason I really love my professions is simply because it’s so simple and quick. When you use professions to make gold you rarely have to leave your capital city, you can quickly produce the products you want to sell and immediately start making gold.
In my most recent gold farming tutorial video I detail a little about this topic and how you can get yourself set up on the right track to really making a great deal of gold with your profession. In my video I’ve used alchemy as an example, but this type of activity can be easily ported to any other profession.

i too have taken alch and herb but this is a difficult profesion for me to lvl with, see i have jus recently bought the game and i dnt even have BC and have never goten a char over lvl 32 till now. I currently have a tauren druid lvl 38 on smolderthorn tht i have been workin on almost 2 months now. Maybe wen u get a chance u could give me a few pointers on what could make things go a lil smoother for me.

Hey Zuggy! I just wanted to ask a question if you don’t mind that is. What I was wondering is now, in WoTlK, what is the best way to really make some major profit on mining and jewel crafting. My JC btw isn’t quite at max but is at 411 so not to far to go. I would really appreciate any advice you have to offer, and thanks in advance.
